The Promotion and Promoter’s Details
Information on how to enter and prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion commences 9:00am AEDT 27/06/2018 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT 11/07/2018(Promotional Period).
The Promoter is the decorstore 1996 Pty Limited ABN 45 614 827 244 of 22 Taunton Drive, Cheltenham East, VIC 3192 (Promoter).
The Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to Eligible Entrants.
An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia who is aged 18 years or over; and (ii) follows the Decorstore.com.au
Directors, management and employees (and their families) of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Entrant needs follow the decorstore.com.au Instagra
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
An Eligible Entrant who submits a valid entry will be an "Entrant"
Any cost associated with accessing Instagram or the internet is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant's identity, age, Decor Store employment status and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Prize
The Promoter is offering Entrants the chance to win one Decor Store Cowhide Butterfly Chair. The Prize is offered ‘as is’ and may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The Prize will be sent to the winner via tracked courier. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected or uncollected mail, and an undelivered Prize will not be replaced.
HOW TO WIN
Each valid entry will be entered into a pool and picked at random. Skill plays no element in the winning entry, it is purely a game of chance.
The judging will take place between 12.00PM AEDT and 5pm AEDT on Friday 13th July 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. The Promoter will select one prize winner at random and the decision will be final and binding on the Entrants and no further communication will be entered into.
The winner will be notified in Via Direct Message On Instagram. The Winner will be announced by 12pm AEDT on Tuesday, 17 July 2018, on the Promoter’s Instagram page.
Privacy and Use of Entries
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Personal information will only be used to contact and announce the winners, and allow them to receive future e-newsletters communication from decorstore.com.au . Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. If you require access to your personal information email marketing@decorstore.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the Winners or Entrants; or (f) use of a Prize.
Instagram Release
All Entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Instagram from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering this Promotion, Entrants are providing information to Decor Store and not to Instagram. This promotion adheres to the terms and conditions set out in the Instagram promotion guidelines which can be found at: https://help.instagram.
Variations
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for administrative reasons or to ensure efficient operation of the Promotion. Changes will be posted on the Promoter’s website at www.decorstore.com.au
General
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any one of these Terms and Conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Entrant or Winners or other person.
The laws of Victoria apply to this Promotion.
